Hancock Solutions (“we”, “us”) provides remote back-office support to Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs): recruiting and onboarding, scheduling, and payroll and HR admin. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Hancock Solutions is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
1. Information we collect
When you visit our website. Our website has no contact forms, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, for security and performance. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser only.
When you contact us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to share in your messages.
Business contact information. We may contact DSP owners and managers using business contact details from public sources, such as job postings, government business registries and professional networks. We use business channels only, and we never use home addresses for outreach.
Information we handle for our clients. When a DSP hires us, we handle information about its job applicants and employees, such as names, contact details, employment documents, Social Security numbers, driver’s license details, pay and bank details. We process this information only on our client’s instructions and only to deliver the services they request.
2. How we use information
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
- To deliver recruiting, onboarding, scheduling and payroll services to our clients.
- To send business emails about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
- To meet our legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With the client on whose behalf we handle it.
- With the systems our clients direct us to use, such as ADP Workforce Now, Homebase and Indeed.
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as web hosting and email, under confidentiality obligations.
- When the law requires it.
4. How we protect information
Every team member signs a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement. We work on company-controlled devices with password managers and two-factor login, and we access only the systems a client authorizes. Clients can revoke our access at any time. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work to protect it.
5. Where we process information
Our team is based in Pakistan. Information we handle for clients may be accessed from there, under the safeguards described above and our agreements with clients.
6. How long we keep information
We keep client information for as long as we provide services to that client, then return or delete it as the client instructs, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We keep inquiry and outreach records for as long as needed for our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.
7. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: reply “STOP” to any email, or contact us, and we will stop.
- Access, correction and deletion: contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
- Applicants and employees of our clients: the DSP you applied to or work for controls your information, so we may pass your request to them.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
8. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
